 Subject: Fiberglass Hoods

Just a quick question guys. I've heard that fiberglass hoods shrink in size causing the gaps on the edges of the hoods to increase. Is there any truth to this??? I'm about to get a Cervini's fiberglass hood and i would really like to know this before i spend the $439. Thanks in advance.

I bought the cervinis hood for my dakota (the one with twin scoops) and have had it onfor nearly a year with no change.
But.... it has always had a slightly larger gap than the original steel hood. Looks awsome none the less.
