I have purchased a Speed Grille Insert which I'm pretty sure does not come with a hood latch modification kit . Does anyone have any good ideas on the best way to modify the latch since the grille will no longer have access to the latch ?

it should have come with the relocater.. mine did. Oh well, mine doesn't work worth a $h!t anyways.. I just stick the leatherman thru the grill to move the handle.. no biggie.

Mine came with a relocator kit works perfectly and pissed off the people at jiffy lube "excuse me sir could you open your hood it's kicking our asses"
