Message: I was thinking about getting one of these and was wondering if anyone had any pictures of a black cover on a black dakota. Also I have searched everywhere and this seems to be the cheapest cover by $300. Are there any other hard fiberglass covers for under $600? The Stockland, Leer, etc look great, but I don't think I can shell out $800. Any help or advise would be great.

Message: Mine is a black 93' and I have a checkerpro. I love it, the finish is very very close and only looks off if you set there and compare the glare for 5 minutes. The fit is great, doesn't leak, the finish is quality. It's definatly worth the money.

Message: Did you have it installed at the factory..or install it yourself? How easy was the install?

Message: It hasn't leaked that I have seen, none of my stuff gets wet so I assume it doesn't. I live in Ky so I went to the factory to have it done because the install is free. However by watching them do it it didn't seem too hard. Took em' a couple hours. They had a couple guys doing it so get a friend to help.

Message: i have a yellow 99 RT with a fiberglass tonneau cover from leer. i dont know much about the checkerpro but i know that i love my leer cover. although it did cost me a little more (around $850) it is still worth every penny.
It has NO LEAKS!! it came to match my truck with a life-time warrenty on the paint, a year warranty on all the hinges, and the greatest thing there was NO drilling. that also included installation and it took one guy on and a half to two hours.
this baby looks GREAT!!
