 Subject: tire rack and off-road

I have a 2002 Dakota Sport 4WD and I plan on building a overhead tire rack. I was seeing if anyone has built one of their own or if anyone knows of a site where they sell them for my truck. If I build it any ideas on how I should do it. I want to build my truck to be a major off-road look. So anything else that I can do to my truck to give it the off-road look will be great. Dont really know where to start.
