 Subject: removing the rear window????

Has anyone seen or done themselves a removal of the back window? I was thinking about replacing it with a custom canvas window. I love my new dak but why o why did the engineers at dodge not include a rear roll down window. Any ideas about this would be appreciated. I am new to this site and will be around frequently.

Are you talking about rear door glass or the backglass? The rear door glasses just bolt on. The backglass in urethaned in. You will have to cut it out.
Finally... a V8. '01 Dodge Dakota RC, 4.7, 5-speed, 3.92 LSD. = R/T Killer.

I dont have a rear sliding window. I want to remove the entire window. Any custom canvas companys out there to do this?
