I have a BRAND NEW NEVER USED Steet Scene Generation 2 bumper cover w/ valence part number 950-70610. I believe it will fit 1997 - 2004 Dodge Dakotas. I bought the bumper after I got in a wreck, but it ended up easier to fix the damaged one (I already had the same bumper on my truck). Anyways, the people I bought it from wouldn't take it back. I have all the instructions and mounting hardware that it came with. I am asking $250 plus shipping. The shipping is steep. I found the bumper cover for $345 online with free shipping here:
