I ordered clear corners from them like a week and a half ago. They could not figure out how to process my credit card, something with the address being wrong or something. OK fine, i paypal them the payment. Days go by no email, no call. All i get is a stupid recording when i call them. Then an email saying i gave them the wrong order number with the paypal payment. (they apparently did not have the resources to look up my name). Finally today i get an email saying they got it all figured out but they are out of stock on the clear corners and are going to refund my paypal payment. They did not tell me how long it would be til they got them back in stock or ask i i wanted to wait. Horrible customer service and a phone number that you cannot get through on = Sh!tty company. Sure their prices are good but its not worth all the crap. anyone know where to get clear corners FOR REAL

Geoff,,,go to pacificie.com They are a little bit more expensive, but I got mine in like 2 days after ordering them.
I tried going through procarparts.com too, and they had to refund my credit card, and told me it would be close to 4-5 weeks before they come in.

Yeah they are out of stock right now but they can auction a set on eBay while advertising they are instock and ready to ship.

Whats up with that? Probably because they get more for them on eBay than they do direct sell.

I won a set from them on Ebay. Only paid 35 for them before shipping. I got them in like 3 days. I've never ordered anything from there site but i've gotten a couple of things from them on ebay and everything has went smoothly.

yea i had similar problems with their customer service. I ordered my clear corners and euro lenses from them. they told me they were on backorder for weeks so i said screw that and ordered another pair from a different company. The day after i order the other ones i get an email saying they got a shipment in and i could have them in a week. so i had to email the other company cancel that order and re-order the lenses from procarparts.com. it was just a big pain in the A$$. I dont know how people run a business like that it pisses me off!

I have a 93 dak that I ordered my corners from and everything went smoothly. I understand your frustrations but consider you're not the only one with a dakota who wants clear corners, first come, first serve, people do run out! Also when they told you they were out of stock for a few weeks and then they said they could give you them the next day? What are the chances that the person who wrote you that email actually knew when they were coming in? You guys should really cut them some slack sometimes, I had a good experience and will continue to give them business.

It ain't 1st come 1st serve at procarparts.com. They auction them at eBay at the same time they are out of stock for your direct order. Why? Probably because they regularly get more for them on eBay than they do from the orders. If you order direct you are in the back of the line.

I bought the reverse indiglo gages on ebay with no problems...shipped fast and received positive feedback before they even got to me...They were on the ball for my order.

ordered clear corners for my 95 shipping to canada was $40.00 us to canada but I bit the bullit cause they arn't available anywhere else and I was in a little bumper collision that smashed my stock ones

As a Business i have no problem with Procarparts i place orders through them everyday. I think they deal more on the wholesale end and there retail and internet sales it not that great. I can pick up the phone anytim eand tqalk to my rep and they have always been fast on shipping and very good when it comes to replacing brokem parts even months later all i got to do is call them up and tell them to ship out a new one and they do. But like i said thats on the Wholesale side.

They are fine by me.
I just had to order another set of clears from them because of an accident, got them in 3 days. $29 plus shipping.... The first time I ordered they sent me the wrong ones (diamond clears) but had the correct ones (normal clears) at my door in a couple days, before I even sent the wrong ones back.... never had a problem with them.

im glad i bought my clear corners some where else only thing is the corners didnt come with and replacement stuff.. you guys know how to install everything.. do you guys think i can just do simple replacement... from orange to clear?
