Subject: fabbing filler panels IP: Logged
Message: I am currently working on converting stock tail lights to caddy tail lights and i would like to fabricate the filler panels and for the new caddy buckets, and i am wondering what kind of sheet metal i need to use. also, i do not have much experience with sheet metal, so i am wondering how difficult this project would be. any help would be appreciated

Message: hey i did caddy lights on my 94 dak, and i did all the work my self, and its not worth the fabbiing, spend the 80 buscks and buy the tmeplates and buckets for the lights, and far and tail light fillers, those are easy just grab some 18 ga.steel or a little smaller from a metal shop dumpster, bend over your knee and tack in place, then bondo and sand and your good.
