 Subject: Tacoma tonneau cover on Dak?

I've got someone who's willing to give me for free, a hard tonneau cover that he used to have on his Tacoma. Not sure what year it was, but it was a 6 foot bed, same as the bed on my 98 dak. Any chance it would fit? Doesn't have to be a perfect fit, but obviously want it to be secure. Any thoughts?

If it's a regular cab it's a 6.5 foot bed not a 6 footer.

I hate to break this to you blackdak2121, but my 98 reg cab sport has a 6 1/2 foot bed, 8 foot was a option.
