i recently ordered a carriage works billet grill for my 2000 4.7l dodge dakota 4x4 and i was wondering how much i will have to modify the grill to put it on?

I assume you got the full replacement one? If it's that one, I had a shop do mine for me but they basically had to grind off several screws holding the old grill in place, rip that out, then bolt the new one in. Might have taken about an hour just for the upper part.
