Go with the Stillen, and order it direct. I paid $225 for it, and got free shipping. That was 3 years ago, but im sure they will get you a better deal than anyone else.
The Stillen is simply awesome, it requires no alteration to the truck at all, except for mounting screws (which I never put on cause the cover fits so snuggly that it doesn't budge or rattle even at highway speeds). Do yourself a favor, prior to installing the bumper cover for long term, if you have a chrome bumper, cover it in grease or some sort of rust inhibiter because moisture will get trapped, and rust will start.
