Do some searches man. It is obviously going to be a custom hood. Start hitting up different hood manufacturers and see what they have. I personally haven't seen anything like what you're talking about.

Yeah I have been building my own 1970's Challenger T/A hood scoop with foam, Bondo and fiberglass. I am going to do is by buying a used junk yard hood, cut a hole and get a body shop to paint the hood and fix any inperfections in the hood.
