Dose anyone know if RT rims will fit on a quad cab without a suspension change? I have a 4.7 quad cab with the 16X8's right now.

OK??? Not to be mean, but what does fender flares have to do with the rims fitting????
To answer your question YES, they will fit and fit nicely, lots of people have them on. The stock R/T tire is a 255/55/17 Eagle R-SA but I recommend not buying them. All the R/T guys seem to go with a Nitto or a Falken. Myself I perfer the Toyo.
You can pick up the painted version of the R/T rim with center cap at your local dodge dealer for under 160.00 each. If you talk to them you may be able to talk them down as low as 120.00 each (that is dealer cost)
If you want a chrome set I have them for 945.00 for a set shipped. I can also set you up with any tires you want, or help you select some to suit your needs.

Well actually most of the R/T guys now seem to be running the 275/50/17 which is a bit lower profile but alot wider of a tire. Falken also offers their truck tire in a 275/50/17. If your not lowered and dont plan to be you may want to go with higher then a 50 aspect ratio because it will like a bit small for your height which is 1",2"'s higher then the stock R/T.
There are alot of different tire choices, again depending on what look, performance, tread wear, and price range you are looking for.
