Message: can someone tell me a good way to take the decals off my truck without having to worry about scratching the paint? I want to put red ones on it instead and it seems pointless to pay for someone else to do that. thanks

Message: i just did it a week or two ago, take a hair dryer and heat the decal until it is easily peeled off. underneath there will probably be a adhesive layer, get some goof off or goo gone and spray that on there. the adhesive should be easily taken off after that.

Message: Wal-Mart sells a bug, tar, and adhesive remover made by 3M that did a great job on my truck. You can find it in the auto detailing aisle. Costs a couple of bucks. Heat the sticker w/a hair dryer, peel with your fingernails, and then soak a rag in the adhesive remover and slowly rub the goo off.. it takes a little while but its fairly simple to do..
Have fun...
