Can someone explain to me what offset and backspacing means when talking about rims? Is there one or the other you want more of? I am looking at some rims 6X4.5 but not sure what I should look for with offset and backspacing?

it deals with how far the wheel will or will not stick outside of the fender wells. stock is 5.5 and is really far in the fender in my opinion. for a general good look 4.5 is nice and for a more aggressive off road look 3.75 to 3.25 looks cool, anyway good luck
