How does one make it so the fog lights stay on when the high beams are on for a 1999 Dakota. I have seen how it is done for the 2000 and the 2001 up but it isn't the same for the '99

This is only for 2000 and up. I was wondering if anyone knew how to for '99's.

I just rewired my and put the on/off switch right in my dash can turn em on and off at any time reguardless of if headlights are on or not. Takes about 30 minutes........
