Ok, question... If I install 18" wheels with a 45 series sidewall tire, will the ride height be the same as the stock (17" wheels and 55 series tires), or will it be lower or higher? Thanks!

It all depends on the overall diameter and width of the tires you install. Use Google to find a tire diameter calculator and compare the height/width of your OEM tires to the aftermarket models available. As long as you stay pretty close (1" diameter, .5" width) of stock you shouldn't have any problems at all.
