Doing a whole makeover on my truck but am undecided on the rims, wish I could see what they really look like on a kota. Let me know what you think

#3 all the way. The "buisy" rims look the best on trucks. What I mean by buisy is the ones that kinda have alot going on.
Here are the ones I baught, I think the seller of #3 has these also, since they are RVM dealers.

pye, niiice choice bro. I was gonna buy those last week but held off. I am definately digging #3 as well. Yeah it's the same seller. Did you just get them or have you had them? So I am assuming the rims are just totally sick when you get them and put them on the truck. I would love to see a pic of those on your truck. quatsch94@yahoo.com is my email. Weeeellllll, the thing about them guys is just this, they are horrible when it comes to communication. I wasn't too satisfied with there shipping either. I asked for a descrete package, not one that said "20 inch chrome Spade rims" real big for every one passing by my house to see. It did get here real quick like though, so that was a plus. The rims are damn good quality also.
I'll hook it up with some pics soon, gotta wait until the holidays are over.

beat you to it , this is my 01 sport stock height w/the rvm spades, runnin on 235/45 tires. i got them off ebay too, some of the rims seemed like the chrome was pitted but never really cared after i saw how good they looked on the truck haha

I probably used the same seller you did. So you're not 100% happy with the quality of the chrome? I've done my share of research on rvm rims before I purchased and all looked well. I'll post the new hotness as soon as she's running 20s. Still debating what size tire I should get though.

yea probably , some guy out of new york right? yeah shipping was fine but he was like i need a signer of atleast 21 years old, i was like uhhh wtf.. i was 18 then haha so i had to yell for my dad i felt like a little kid, kinda pissed me off. but yea I like the way the 235/45 nittos are running , except for the blow out I got on the second day due to a defective tire. scuffed up the rim a little bit :-( and left rubber all over the side of my truck!

That's stupid, why the hell would he need someone 21 or older? Last time I checked the legal adult age was 18. Yeah this guy is in New York, I was a bit skeptical whether or not I should use him due to his shady feedback. Price seemed too good to be true. I just hope I get what I want because I gave him what he wanted. I'd be man handling the guy at the tire store the next day if he sold me a defective tire and it screwed up my rims lol. I like your ride bro, post some more pics of it if you have more. I'll be showing my baby off after she undergoes a further makeover.

well i couldnt tell the rim was damaged due to so much freaking melted rubber on the rim i pulled over on the side of the freeway and watched as my tire rolled down the road haha, they replaced it for free though. here are some more pics though. i have a rental for now its getting repainted and all dings removed ( same color ) and getting door handles and mirrors painted.

Yea, i have yet to take the pics, sorry....very bussy day today. I personally like how my 275/45 tires look with the rims, I'm not down with real skinny tires on a truck.
I'll prolly regret not getting the 235/45's once i drop it though.
Its good to see another Kota owner with good taste in rims though. ;)
