i just found out that i am geting bags with a 3/4 drop and 20's and put on for $2,500 thats not bad i got a wheel and tire package for $1797

yea not bad i payed like 800 for my wheels and about 800 for my tires. bags are gonna run you alot more than that dude, for a dak you need to shorten the front axle so the front wheels can tuck then you need to c-notch the frame in the back and flip the rear axle on top of the shaft or something crazy like that i forgot what its called

right on a local guy was gonna do mine but i didnt wanna drop 3 grand for it, i need to buy a little honda or something crappy so i can put all my miles on for when i drive to work and what not and save my dak for the nites out w/the ladies haha

To each his own about grill preference. The stock black plastic looks cheap and ugly so I got rid of it. But it would be nice if a company made custom grilles that go with chevys and dodge rams. A dakota is left out by a lot of companies, I am really pissed that I cant find chrome door handles so I'll just have them painted to match for now along with the side mirrors and tailgate.

totally agree, the grill above on that banner up there w/the black dak looks wayyy sick , its not just inserts but the whole thing is totally different, thats what im going for.

If ya'll want a custom grill, I can make them for you.
As soon as I buy some paint, I'm making an "open mouth" grill out of my factory. Chopping of the cross-hairs, 'glassin and bondoing it up, primer, paint, insert chrome grille, yadda yadda yadda.
First thing is first though, I need to take care of my bussiness, then get the drop kit. All that other crap can come later.

PYE, if your custom grill looks snazzy I'd be willing to pay for one, name a reasonable price and we can do a COD or something so we're both happy. Send me some pics whenever you get a chance to do that.

Well, i geuss ill go to some junk yards and see if i can find some Kota grilles. If you do not like/want the open design, i could always either leave the horizontal, the vertical, or completly build a custom center peice. I really want to make a Viper Dakota grille, but the design is my little secret untill i get around to it.

hey rich go to tinypic.com and just do it right there upload the pic and use the " tag " copy and paste , free hosting that easy ....
by the way boys, the package arrived today in extremely great condition thanks to " barry " heres a pic. install this week.
