You can stop looking, they dont exist.
There are a few (very few) C/F cowl hoods that are functional that are floating around, but they are not sold anymore.

i do believe that APC makes a carbon fiber hood for daks, but it is not a ram air or a cowl... check this out, it has many hoods, also has the carbon fiber cowl u are looking for, but it has been out of business for a while i think
