 Subject: headlights problem

i have a 95 dakota club cab and i had put hyper white 9004 head lights in place of my stock bulbs and a few weeks ago my passager side wasnt working to i looked at it and the bulb looked like it blew up and it burned the headlight itself so i bought a new lens and put it in with one of my stock bulbs and it worked fine for about three days and the same thing happen so i bought some more hyper whites and it happened again has ne one had this problem before or know whats wrong
please help, thanks

What brand bulbs are you buying?? Buy cheap bulbs and they can do that. I've had the Eaglite Xenon bulbs in my '00 R/T for two years with no problem, and had the same style in my '99 R/T for two years with no problems. can order from www.midnightmoose.com

well why did it do it to my stock bulb too, the first hyper whites i bought wasnt cheap ones do you think it has a short in the wires or sumthing to do with the wires?
