i was wondering if anyone knows if shavin door handles is legal in PA. i heard that it wasnt b/c theres no way to get to you if your in a wreck, or somethin to that extent..

ever heard of busting a window?? more likely then not if you are in a wreck the doors would be so jammed into the frame anyway that they would not open, so why would it be illegal?

i dont know thats why im asking....
iv have shops tell me they wouldnt do it cause it was illegal, and i had some say that it was legal so i have no idea........
