 Subject: Fender Flares from newer Dak

Ok, I have a 98 Reg Cab dakota. Now I was thinking about going to a junk yard or auto salvage or what ever you call them and look at finding a 02-04 dakota that has fender flares on them stock. Now my question is if I was to find one could I remove them and put them on my truck. If so how would I fasten them on?

not positive but my 97 looks like it has its on with just doublesided tape, and maybe a screw or two at the bottoms

You are correct. It is double sided adhesive tape with about four screws under the fender rails. Just make sure you get them for your exact model. Flares from a quad cab won't fit regular cabs and so on.....
