Hey, my 97 Dakota is developing rust under the weather stripping on both doors below the windows. I imagine this is a common problem due to the STUPID design by dodge here. Does anyone know of a cheaper alternative to the 45 bucks a SIDE the dealer charges???
Also, the previous owner of my truck peeled the black vinyl off on the B pillar (between front window and rear window) and it looks horrible with all of the residue. The only option is to sand\paint or stick new vinyl. The dealer wants 25 bucks a side for these as well. Anyone know of a cheaper source?

My moldings under the windows are doing the same thing...i never priced it b/c i figured it would be outrageous and a dealer only item...those prices you said seem not to bad to me actually. I figured theyd be much higher.
