Subject: need help with wheel size IP: Logged
Message: I have some 20's but i want some that tuck with bags with no rubbing.I am selling mine and i went to talk to a tire shop and i was going to have some 20's specially made but before i do this can anyone tell me a better way to tuck dubs that may be better and cheaper than a extra 100 or so per wheel.

Message: its either have them specially made, which is about 500 dollars a rim, or shorten your axle which is way more than you want to spend

Message: i thought about shortening the rearend 4 inches in the back but(1) it would look kinda gay laying out in the back and coming about 2 inches from laying out in the front and (2) the back wheels would be in and the fronts would stick 2 inches out farther than the backs and if i ever wanted to sell the truck the resale would go way down because the back would be shortened.I will prolly go to the tire shop 2morrow afternoon to get a price and pickout a wheel that tucks i will get 20% off the wheels and tires because the tire shop gives our club members a discount
