I understand the 20X9 and the 6 lug, but what is 139.7 to do with and is it right for my gen III dak?

you need a 114.3 i believe.
6x4.5 or 6x114.3 I THINK
Those will not fit. I've ran through the same problems already man. :(
Dakota rims are impossible.

Pyle is correct with the bolt sizes.
There are plenty of rims available for the dakota/durango.
