 Subject: 2000 Bench/Bucket in a 1993?

I have a 1993 Dakota with the stock bench seat (brackets for the seat on each side of the seat, none in the middle like the 60/40 benchs had) and I'm wondering if the "Bench/Bucket" seat set from a 2000 dakota would fit in my truck without having to make new holes in my floor. The "bench/Bucket" type of seats I'm talking about are the 40/20/40 bench with fold down console.

They will fit in your truck..but you will need to use the seat tracks off of your stock bench..and get a pair of inner seat tracks for a 93 w/buckets from the dealer. The using some semi-thick bar stock..you adapt the new seats to the old tracks. I did this last year on my 94...the seats are a great mod..and would do it agin in a second!! Any ?'s just ask..mike
