I have a 2001 Sport QC. Replacing the fogs was pretty easy. There were two screws holding the lamp bracket to the valance panel. Take those out and they practically fall out.
To remove the bulbs from the housing, it was a simple 1/4 turn counterclockwise. If yours are sticky, spray a little penetrating oil - like PB Blaster or Liquid Wrench.
Note: WD-40 is not a penetrating oil.
