It should come with directions I would think. Especially if you bought it off eBay

I did this last weekend.

0) The FIRST THING TO DO, and please take my word for it is to spray that grill guard with clear sealant spary paint. If you don't, the grill guard will tarnish and turn gray! Happened to mine and I had to redo it.

1) Take off the grill by removing the 8 or so bolts on the underside of the hood.

2) Cut out the existing black grill that is there
After it's cut out, take a hobby knife and get rid of the stumpy edges.

3) On the backside of the grill you will see the remainder of the black shell where the grill was. Drill tiny holes all around this (3-5" apart).

4) Use the wire that came with the grill guard to secure the grill guard to the grill shell remnant (using the holes you made). Make sure to twist tight so the grill is secure.

5) For the lower valence, the only way I know to do it is to drill tiny holes in each corner and use the same wire you use on the grill. You won't notice it at all.

ps. and next time, go to home depot and get the grill guard yourself. It's in the gutter department for 1.30 a section. Cost me $5.00 to do mine the second time, $15 the first time (off ebay like yours).
