i have and it's not easy.

about 60 different screws, 8 different harness connectors, brackets, and a bunch of little stuff.

Just start at one point and go slow and keep a count of your screws. You will have to pop off the plastic dash piece to get to most of the screws. After you remove all the screws from behind it and the knee pads, You will have to remove the screws up on top of the dash by the windshield. Next remove any wiring that you may see get in the way (you will notice more as you go), disconnect the air bag module from bewtween the seats and unter the dash. Now remove the door kick plates, remove the kick panels. Then you should have the two bolts exposed to loose the rest of the dash. There is one on each side.

Best thing to do as i said earlier.. go slow and keep tabs on the screws, bolts and connectors.

Wow..ok that does sound difficult...yeah..my main concern was the airbag...does it come out with the dash??..could i just pull the fuse/disconnect the battery?..maybe ill just consider gutting the interior, which i wanna do anyways, and mask the glass to spray it inside the truck. Or i could find some kida material to wrap it with...hmm decisions..decisions......well at least its off the road now. I picked up a 92 s10 blazer 4x4 to go back and forth to work, tow my boat. Traded my 20's for it..not a bad trade huh?

to remove the passenger's side airbag, you have to undo a couple screws. Then you will have to drill out/cut off about four or five rivets that actually hold it to the dash. Doing this will allow you to remove just the airbag assembly and keep the cover still on your dash.
