i want to some how get a custom mudflap made. instead of the trucker girl on it, i want a chrome buck (deer) sitting in the same stance on the flap, how would i get that made?

Talk to someone around you that makes things..perhaps a fab/welding shop. More of an ornamental welding shop..like that deals with custom railings.
