I have seen this kit used before, but was told that it doesnt work with a fuel injected motor

most of these kits shouldn't work on a fuel injected motor as there alot cleaner.
unless you remove your catalitic converter.

True. But I have been thinking about using a one-way nitrous type jet which would spray (pobbile propane) into the exhaust (just after the muffler), then have a spark plug (powered by an auxiliary coil) to ignite the gas. This would completely take the fuel system and cat out of the picture. Do you guys think this would work?

the kits will work on a fuellie, but yes, you do have to remove the cat. I spoke with autoloc a year ago about that.
It has a separate computer that turns off the spark to that cylinder so that raw fuel can pass through without burning so it can be ignited in the exhaust.

Yes, i know how that system works, but does yo guys have an opinion on what I have described above. Logically it seems, in my opion, that it would work.

My buddy has this autoloc kit on his 98 dakota and it works awesome, it does shut down 1 cyl. and shoots more fuel through.

i made my own kit my delf on my 88 3.9 i have a cat and it works good all i did was got a plug and wire with a coil and hooked the coil up 2 the coil that makes the motor spark and hooked a switch up 2 it then i put a switch 2 the coil 2 the motor so it would shut down and poor gas in the motor i will try 2 post pics
