The tires would fit, but they would be a bit big... Factory R/T rims are 28.04" in diameter, 265/50-20's are 30.43" in diameter.

The rims are not r/t rims they are american racing maxim rims, is there a difference in the size or are they the same?

The tires themselves would fit on the rims just fine - I was just pointing out how large the tires themselves are as far as being able to fit in the wheel wells.

The tires that are coming with the Maxims are 275/45/20 Goodyear Eagle GT II. How do you think they will look?

If you're not going to drop the truck I think they will look fine but won't appear low profile... 29.74" in diameter is big but not "too big".
