The gaylords and the innovations are identical except for the wing on the innovations. If innovations ships it and you recieve it damaged then don't sign for it and call your credit card company and they will get the money back. If you have to get a shipping company then it is their problem if it gets damaged. I talked to several people on the delphi R/T forums that got damaged tonneaus from them and they sent them new ones. I'm gonna go with gaylords though because I don't care for the wing anyways. I think gaylords guarantees it for the lifetime of the truck also.
