 Subject: lights problem

I just installed some new hyper white lights that i git and they worked for the first couple nights i had them in but now when i try to turn them on sometims they wont turn on and when i jiggle the wires or hit the lens they will click on. and my dashboard lights dont work now at night. does aybody have any idea of what could be the problem?
