How does anyone recommend to take out the plastic i have in there.. and i have a 4 inch diamter fog lights do these fit my 2001 3.9 V6 Quad Cab???

Use a utility or modeling knife. Must be very sharp. Use caution not to cut outside the cutout areas. Best to stay a little inside the cutouts and then cleanup the holes with a Dremel and medium grinding wheel. That's what I did and worked great.
