I ordered the stull grille shell and polished inserts w/o the center bar and want the bumper inserts to match but i can't find them for an 2002 model dak... Anyone know where i can get this?

Try contacting Stull directly - www.stullindustries.com. There's no difference between the 1997-2003 Dakotas for a lower billet grille.

just currious but how much did you pay for the stull grille and the insert with shipping...cause i got a real good price with the shipping included and if anybody else wants 1 i could see what i can do.But i can beat stullindustries price by far

stull doesn't make the bumper inserts for a 99up dakota what the difference between a 99up and a 97-98 valance? is there any billet insert that would match the stull full billet grille

There's no difference between any of the 97-03 Dakotas. Some newer models have the HD trans cooler down below which makes installing a grille a bitch but that's not year/model specific.
