If so, where did you get them, how much, install yourself or take it somewhere, and are they worth the money?

Message: silvdak17, I had work buy me a set for my truck because I end up having to do work without a traffic crew in some bad places to pull over. I got a set from www.strobesdirect.com . They are not cheap if you want a good set. The set I have is amber front and rear so that the cops to get bent over the color scheme. I run the rear ambers in my reverse lights and then use a set of auxiliary reverse lights mounted under the bumper. The total cost for the strobe kit and switch box was about $300. If you have any other questions send me an email.

Message: Man, go to a junkyard and look for an old ambulance or police car(or something close) and pull the strobes and controllers from those. Wiring is pretty simple, or just make notes when you take them out.

Message: I have 3 pair of optx strobe lights in the front, and one pair in the back. The strobes run about 25 $ a pair. They were not too hard for me to put in, it is a simple two wire hookup, which all run into a main switch box. I'll tell ya though they look so sweet. I just installed a pair in my brothers f-250 he is using them when he is plowing.
Peace
Josh
P.S. Any ?'s post em

Message: Thanks for the info guys.
Gary, I like the idea of putting the ambers in the reverse lights, I was hoping to avoid getting red ones for the back.
