Message: you might have to apply a good amount of pressure depending on how pressed on they are. autozone sells these things called battery terminal removers. they are used to remove the battery terminals when they are to hard to remove. they look like a miniature puller tool. this will also work on pulling the wiper arm off, it cost $2 and some change. i have used it on my wiper arms and it helped out alot. i read on this site that all you have to do is pry from under the wiper arm, the problem is when you pry you have rest your pry tool against the windsheild. my buddy tryed this method and was able to remove the wiper arm but he also cracked his windsheild in the process. hope this helps
