Subject: fender flare question IP: Logged
Message: I have read recent posts on here regarding fender flares for a 2000 quadcab like I have. The discussion mainly stemmed around either paying $206 or $260 for the set of 4 factory painted fender flares and what colors were available. I was interested. WELL....I went to my dealer today and he informed me that the only way I can get them is to buy them by the piece for $130 EACH. I thought he was joking at first but he was dead serious...he wanted $520 for those 4 pieces of molded plastic. Could someone help me out with a part number for the set of 4 factory flares that are in the $200 range so I can inform the dealer. I need silver if that makes a difference. Thanks for any help! I hope I can prove to that cranky old parts dude that he was wrong AND get my flares!!

Message: I'm also looking for flares. I have a '97 Sport that's lowered 2/3 and I want the flares that are on the R/T Dakota's. The only thing is, I want it to match my factory red paint for now, I'm not going to be able to paint the truck until next summer. Do any of the links above go to a place where I can get the factory color-matched flares? I'm also looking to spend somewhere in the range of $200-$250.
