Subject: Glove box IP: Logged
Message: Question:
I want to do a little more interior painting, so I decided that I want to paint the outside of my glove box. Problem is, I don't know how to get it off. I spent about 20 minutes taking out screws and fooling with it, but no luck. It looks as if there's 3 little plastic clips at the bottom of it that make it move down (open) and up (to close). It seems I can take the far left and far right ones off the track, but the middle one appears to not want to come off. Anyone that has done this before know what I'm doing wrong?
Thanks in advance.

Message: same setup on my 97, u have to kinda risk it and pull hard on it, they are strong clips, they wont break.

Message: OPen the glove box door, remove or loosen the middle screw, grab the stoppers that prevent it from opening all the way (top r/l of door), bend them a little to let the door open further, then pull hard toward your bod.. It'll come off without breakin..
