I need the paint code from a 2000 black dakota
i wrecked mine before i shipped it from germany
and is now in transit. i bought a new fender and am getting it painted.
is it in the vin somewhere?

i have a 2000 dakota, so yours should be the same:
Mine is said on the sticker inside the glove box. maybe even on the sticker in the door jamb.
