I have a 2002 RC dakota with the 6 1/2' bed. I am looking into getting a topper (with windows) and I want to get a used one. I have found a couple in the paper, but one of them says that it was used on a 95' dakota. Would this fit my dakota? If not, why wouldn't it...? I can't imagine that bed sizes have changed drastically over the years? Well please help out and post a reply if you know anything about this. Thanks.

cole, the beds are different, lengths and tapers from front to back, you should watch cab angles also, sometimes if it is nade for a regular cab it will not work on a ext. cab without hitting the cab. I do have measurements for all the boxes at work if you need them i can fax or e-mail the sizes to you (i am in madison wis.) long time topper dealer

Alright, I am assuming you know a lot more than I do so I will take your word on it. I have the regular cab as i said, so if you have any used toppers at your business, even if they are not the graphite color, i would be more than happy to hear about them, thank you very much.

I'm looking for a Leer 100XL, but having a hard time finding on
used for my 2003.
