 Subject: Removing Factory Splash Guards?

Hey
I have 4 splash guards on my 93 dakota, one behind every wheel.. i was looking at how they were bolted on and it looks like it is a circle type of wrench thing, something i can't figure out. Has anyone removed theirs or know how to?

they are torq screws(think thats the name) use the same wrench you used to take the plastic panels off your dash with, should be the same size screw.
i did mine a while ago but i think thats what i used
