The only companies that make steel roll pans for the Dodge Dakota are Sir Michael's and Mopar itself. Everyone else uses urethane or fiberglass.

Why would the steel roll pan crack? Sounds like it was finished/painted properly.

Does anyone know why that would be? I'm very interested as I have one on my truck - looks awesome by the way! No prob.s whatsover.

I BOUGHT AN ALTER IMAGES WELD-ON STEEL PAN WITH THE LICENSE BOX ALL THE WAY ON THE DRIVERS SIDE. IT HAS BEEN ON MY TRUCK FOR A YEAR AND A HALF AND IT LOOKS AWESOME. MY BODY GUY SAID IT WAS THE BEST FITTING PAN HE'S EVER INSTALLED. MIGHT WANT TO LOOK INTO ONE.
