BigG I cannot tell if you are kidding or not. Have you done this? If so, have you had any trouble with the mod? I would be very interested.

i cant help but to think of all of the rattles that will come with takeing out the bushings. not only that but the ride will suffer because of it.
also i thought the R/T's were only lowered by 1" not 2.

I'm gonna agree with Eric.....

If the bushings weren't neccessary, DC wouldn't waste their valuable cash puttin' them in (DC loves a good cost-cutting feature, right?), and the R/T IS only ONE inch lower than a standard-issue Dak.

Well BigG if you do remove the bushings from your Dak let us all know how it went and whether you had any problems. I'm still interested.

The bushings were put there to increase ride quality. Yes, you will get more vibration and it will ride more rough. It will also increase handling. I don't know if the R/Ts actually have them or not. It is a good idea though. If you look in Jegs or Summit they sell solid body mounts for camaros and other cars.

i guess bernd should stick with hopping up engines, and leave the suspencion alone. what the hell was he thinking? oh well i guess he cant know everything. =)
removing the body bushings is more like a halfassed body drop than a suspencion drop

the r/t gets its stance from shorter front coils and dearched rear leaf springs. if you want the same stance go to your friendly dodge dealer and get the springs and you should be set.
