Message: i did it with a blow dryer and some bug and tar remover. its pretty easy, just watch your fingernails and dont do it when its cold... when its cold it likes to come off in tiny pieces and its a pain.. when its hot (heat gun, blow dryer, or direct sunlight) it should peel off in one piece. the sticker will come off, but the adhesive will still be there, thats what the goo gone is for, wd-40, whatever you prefer

Message: We use a heat gun on the low setting and get one corner pulled up and then slowly pull the decal while moving the heat as you pull the decal off. We don't put anything on the decal before heating it due to the risk of fire. Sometimes we use "plastic" razor blades if the decal is really brittle from age. We use 3M adhesive remover after the decal is off and use the steam cleaner to remove the remaining dull haze. We use this method to remove patrol car decals when they go to auction. Be patient and don't get the paint too hot or it will discolor or blister.

Message: My brother works for Abra, and he uses a special eraser, that attaches to an air compressor. I would say go to your local, MAJOR auto body specialist, like Abra Auto Body and Glass, and just ask what they do.
