I have a 91 Dakota with gray interior. The door panels and other interior pieces are plastic. I would like to change to color of the interior to black, but can't find any place that will cover the dash and door panels. Carpet and the other various interior parts are no problem. I also have a friend that will do the reupholstery on the seats. I would like to have the dash recovered in vinyl and the door panels done with tweed and vinyl inserts. Does anyone know of a place that will do this or have any ideas for me? Thanks.

i have an 87 and im doin my door panels and dash in black vinyl, same with all the other plastic panels..

If the dash is not cracked, you can buy vinyl dye to change the color. It is used in muscle car resto, where people want to keep it 100% original. You can buy it at body shop supply stores, or maybe yearone.com
