How do the side mirrors come off? I just got my m3 mirrors in and thought i would ask first. Do i have to take off the inside part of the door? Any and all help would be great. Thanx.

remove the door trim.
To remove the door trim you must remove several screws and your window crank (if you have one)... then you are just 3 nuts away from taking the mirror off.
