It should have came with a rummber filler... doesn't look that great though, But works well if you're looking to keep the spare tire accessable.
I filled mine in before I painted it. I no longer have a spare tire located there, so I didn't need the hole!
Up to you on what you want to do!
** The reason I don't have the spare there, is because I can't get the jack under the truck with the drop kit installed! Plus the weight of the tire was making the truck sit un-level! Give and take, you know!"
